1. Bidding Conditions
   The project of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport Terminal T3B and the fourth runway has been approved for construction by the National Development and Reform Commission with the document No. [2020] 1721 of the National Development and Reform Commission. The project owner is Chongqing Airport Group Co., Ltd., and the construction funds come from the National Development and Reform Commission, the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the People’s Government of Chongqing Municipality and the self-raised funds of Chongqing Airport Group Co., Ltd. The project owner is Chongqing Airport Group Co., Ltd. The project is ready for bidding, and now the public bidding is carried out for the procurement project of cold and heat source main units and machine room group control of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport Terminal T3B and the fourth runway project.
2. Project Overview
   The Terminal T3B is constructed within Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, with a total construction area of about 360,000 square meters. Considering the usage requirements, load characteristics, site conditions and the requirements of the Design Standard for Energy Conservation (Green Buildings) in Public Buildings DBJ50 – 052 – 2020 for the application of renewable energy, the cold and heat source of the central air conditioning system in this project adopts a composite system of centrifugal water chillers and air – cooled heat pump screw units. 12 air source heat pump units are configured according to the heating demand and are located in the four corners of the outdoor landscape platforms on the north and south sides of the L3 floor. The air source heat pump units are also used as the cold source of the central air conditioning system, and the insufficient total cooling capacity is supplemented by water – cooled variable – frequency centrifugal water chillers. There are 5 centrifugal water chillers in total, which are located in the refrigeration machine room on the first floor. Against the background of the state issuing documents such as the Energy and Resource Consumption Quota of Central and State Organs, the Guidance on Accelerating the Establishment and Improvement of the Green, Low – Carbon and Circular Development Economic System, the Carbon Peaking Action Plan before 2030 and the Green and High – efficiency Refrigeration Action Plan, this project actively responds to the national policies and guidelines, aiming to build an energy – saving, environment – friendly and low – carbon high – efficiency machine room and promote the development of green airports.
